A Giraffe with no spots
A giraffe was born this summer at a zoo in Tennessee.
Her name is Kipekee.
This young giraffe has no spots!
Most giraffe have white fur with big brown spots.
Kipekee is different, Her mom has spots, but she does not.
Her fur is all brown.
Spots give up heat.
Scientists say that Kipekee’s lack of spots is nothing to worry about.
She’s healthy, She is very curious, She likes to explore at the zoo!
