Today i’m going to tell all about Jaq from Cinderella!
Let’s go!(by the way, long time no see…..)
Jaq is the leader of Cinderella’s mouse friends.
He is the one who finds Gus and tells Cinderella there’s a new mouse friend in the house.
He is also the first mouse to confront Lucifer and the only one willing to take the cat on.
Jaq can be recognized by his orange jacket, red hat and turtleneck, and high-pitched voice.
He is incredibly fond of Cinderella- or Cinderelly.
As he calls her-and looks up to her like a mother or a big sister.
Did you Know?
Jaq’s name is pronounced differently by different characters, with some calling him “Jock” for “Jack”.
He responds to them all equally.
Jack is high pitched, rapid, almost unintelligible language was named “mouse latin”by Disney story man Winston Hibler
I think Jaq is not a important character in Cinderella, but he has is charm and cuteness so I think he is a interesting character mouse in Cinderella!
When someone says “What characters in Disney that is mice?” I can respond Mickey mouse and Jaq!
